It’s not obvious how to get the full bonus on the Judge Payphone Hit. This is the Security Contract where you have to detonate the device on the golf green as indicated by Franklin as the Judge goes to make her putt.

Firstly, you should walk into the yellow icon at the back of the golf clubhouse to get into your disguise. It’s best to leave your getaway vehicle here, ideally a heli to quickly escape the Merryweather helis that spawn.
You can’t use any of your existing weapons and need to pick up the bag as indicated by the white icon on the map. When you’re next to it you’ll need to press the button shown to pick it up.
Make sure you keep a good distance from the Judge and her bodyguards or she’ll be spooked and you won’t get the bonus. Then walk up to the flag and here’s where it’s not obvious. Only when you line up next to the flag on the green at an exact angle will a button appear that you then press to plant the device.
Retreat to a safe distance and then when the Judge is on the green you dial up the new ‘Detonate’ contact on your phone to get the hit. All you then need to do is to leave the area via your getaway vehicle and you’ll have the full bonus for just a few minutes work.
