There’s a strange intermittent bug in GTA Online whereby you try to send your Warehouse Assistant to collect Special Cargo and they won’t move.

What you’ll see is the source cargo box re-appearing over and over again and the $7.5k won’t be taken from your account and they won’t move. If you exit the Special Cargo Warehouse and try again, then it doesn’t resolve it. Indeed even if you exit the session and start a New Session it won’t work either.

The only known fix is to close down the game and restart it again from the Rockstar Launcher. This should work every time until Rockstar fix the bug and we can move on.

It’s a shame there’s a bug with this as it’s one of the easiest ways to build up your Cargo supplies as you can simply send the Assistant on their way at the start of every session and you can even Fast Travel to any and all of your Warehouses from the Mansion’s AI Assistant menu.
