If you want to use the sewer approach to the Kortz Center Heist then you’ll not only need to scope the manhole cover location in the maze, but you’ll also need to the Manhole Key which spawns in one of five possible locations.

You’re looking for a yellow metal bar and all the locations are spread around the Kortz Center.

You can pick one up either during the scoping phase or when you start your final heist approach, giving you flexibility if you change your mind on the approach route later in your setup.

To collect the key you just need to walk up to it and you’ll see a collection button appear.

Once you have collected it and start your heist approach, you will get the option to unlock the Manhole cover in the centre of the maze.

It’s a good stealth option that’s definitely worth trying at least once and it gives drainage tunnel vibes from the Cayo Perico Heist, not surprising giving many of the locations and concepts are recycled from earlier heists.
