There are now over double figures in terms of the different businesses you can own in GTA Online, but which one should you get?
In terms of pure income, the Kosakta with its access to the money-pit of Cayo Perico will generate you the most cash even after Rockstar restricted the frequency at which you can visit it.
However, you will still need to do the minimum setup missions over and over again (same principle applies to the lucrative but repetitive Acid Lab and Cargo businesses) when you could be earning not much less nearly completely passively. And this is where the Nightclub comes in.
Why you need to own the Nightclub
The Nightclub has not just one, but two types of passive income. As long as you keep your Popularity topped up through the easy missions (even easier if you enter the Nightclub in Passive Mode so you only get the ‘ejection’ missions which take seconds), you will earn $50k/in-game day into your safe (even a maxed out Agency only earns $20/in-game day) which will store a maximum of $250k until you need to empty it.
And you can earn around another $50k/in-game day through the Warehouse. Yes, you will need to purchase up to 7 businesses, but unlike trying to run those businesses individually there is no re-supply to do, your Warehouse Staff will keep sourcing new cargo for you in the background. With all 7 businesses you can earn around $2m at capacity all of which can be done passively while you’re off doing other things or indeed running other businesses.
Perhaps best of all, you can do the cargo deliveries solo (unlike most other businesses) and they only take a few minutes in a highly customisable range of 3 vehicles that you can armour and equip with powerful weapons that will stop just about anything apart from a determined modder. Deliver in a full lobby and you can earn another 25% bonus on top.
The Nightclub’s garage
The Nightclub garage can store up to 45 vehicles in total, not far off the Eclipse Boulevard’s 50 vehicle garage.
4 floors of 10 space garage, plus a spot for your Personal Vehicle, up to 3 delivery vehicles and a floor for the Terrobyte.
Bonus features
There’s even a mini-game inside the Nightclub where you can kit the dance floor and show off your moves.
You can decide whether you want to allow other players into your Nightclub and even charge them a small entry fee.
