If your Personal Vehicle has Neon Underglow Lights, then this is how you switch them off and on in GTA Online.

First up, you get Neon Lights by upgrading a compatible vehicle where you’ll see them as an option in your Vehicle Workshop list of upgrades.
Once added, this is how you toggle them off/on:
– Step out of your vehicle, but don’t go too far away or the remote vehicle options won’t work
– Open the Interaction menu
– Scroll down to Vehicles
– Then down to Vehicle Remote Functions
– Go to Engine and make sure it’s switched to On
– Once ‘On’ is selected for Engine, you can use the Neon Lights option to toggle them on/off
– If you’re inside the vehicle then it won’t work, you have to be stood outside it, which is a shame as it would be good to be able to toggle them when inside the vehicle to make yourself more or less identifiable depending who is near you
