Rockstar have added The Gooch to GTA Online as part of their pack of Christmas bonuses.

He’s a classic Rockstar take on the ‘Grinch’ character and will steal cash and snacks from your character. You will need to kill him to get them back and also earn a $25k bonus. In addition, you’ll unlock The Gooch mask which you can access from the Interaction Menu’s ‘Style’ section under ‘Masks’.
Bear in mind that he is very quick and strikes with little to no warning, so you’ll need to shoot quickly or hunt him down in a vehicle. You can follow his red dot on the map as he makes his escape.
To get The Gooch to spawn you need to do the following:
- Be in a lobby with at least one other player (including invite-only lobbies as long as you’re not on your own)
- Have cash on your player. If you don’t you can withdraw some via the bank on the Internet Browser on your in-game phone
- Others have said that you need to wait 48 minutes, but it spawned after just 10 minutes for me
- He spawned for me (and others) at Fort Zancudo, but there’s not a set location.
The Gooch can spawn more than once for you, although obviously you only unlock the mask once.
