Why SecuroServ access blocked due to bad behaviour in GTA Online

Fix SecuroServa access blocked in GTA Online

If you’re seeing the message ‘SecuroServ access is currently blocked due to your recent behaviour’, then there’s good news and bad news.

Let’s start with the good news. It almost certainly isn’t due to YOUR recent behaviour. It’s down to modders who can use their menus to make the game think that you’ve destroyed your own cargo, so that Rockstar issues a timeout from SecuroServ.

The bad news is that you then get a 30 minute (real-world minutes) timeout from being able to register as a CEO, VIP or MC and accessing all the missions, abilities and computers that this enables you.

After those 30 minutes have elapsed you’ll see a SecuroServ notification saying that you can register again and you’re back in the game.

There are a few factors to bear in mind here:

– Yes, it’s ridiculous that you are punished for the lack of protection in the game from modding and it is down to Rockstar to fix this major issue with the game, particularly on PC
– It’s best to change session to avoid the idiot who decided to ruin your session for no good reason
– However, if you do change session it won’t affect the 30 minute countdown
– Use this time to do some of the non-CEO things you don’t get around to doing like topping up your armour and ammo at Ammunation or buying a new vehicle
