While it may have its limitations, free WordPress remains an excellent blogging CMS.
So, it’s no surprise to see it moving with the times and introducing an option to instantly create a mobile theme for your blog. You simply go to your dashboard, scroll down to ‘Appearance’ on the left and then ‘Extras’. Once there you can then enable the setting that displays a mobile theme when the blog is viewed in a mobile browser.
Mobile is of course too big to ignore. Mobile visitors on many sites are topping 10% and growing and if a browser had that market share you would test for it with every release. Great then that WordPress takes the pain away.
It may not be the prettiest in terms of design, but it works and that’s enough for most blogs.
