If you want to open your hood, trunk or doors in GTA Online, then the Interaction menu is the place to go. (For us Brits, we call them the bonnet, boot and doors…)
Open up the menu, then click on Vehicles, then scroll down to Vehicle Doors and then toggle through the options to open all available parts of the vehicle.
It works whether you’re inside or outside the vehicle.
If you don’t have a trunk, then that option won’t appear and if you somehow get your door knocked off as in the video above, then that specific door won’t appear.
To close them just press again. There’s also the option to open all available parts at once.
This is useful if you’re at a car meet (prior to an Oppressor destroying it of course) and want to show off your customised vehicle in all its glory. Or if you just want to have a proper look inside your new ride and admire the detail and missing details of your engine and interior.
