In the O’Neill Most Wanted mission in the new Bottom Dollar Bounty Bail Office there are several new game mechanics.

When you trigger the cut scene to end up in the basement by walking into the building marked by the yellow marker (or going straight to the O’Neill residence), then you need to figure out how to escape.
The key is to find the pool cue on one of the shelves. You can use this to destroy the fuse box on the stairs which will then allow you to open the gate without getting electrocuted.
There are two ways to escape the building in what amounts to a mini treasure hunt. Either you need to find one of two sets of keys or you can pick up one of the weapons and shoot the lock. Don’t forget to pick up your clothes which should be upstairs (locations will move around within the house each time you play the mission)!
When you exit the house you’ll see an icon on the map showing you where you can pick up your full set of weapons and then it’s a simple case of working your way towards the red circles and using the cover available to take out the gang until you reach O’Neill himself.
While the game says to shoot his hand, you can just use the Stun Gun which will do the job of subduing him enough for you to put him in the back of the van for the drive back to the Bail Office to collect your full bounty.
