While there are a couple of different formats to the Liquidize Assets missions in The Contract DLC, the basic concept is the same. Follow a character on a motorbike to the location of the asset in question and then destroy it and make your getaway.
These are our tips for completing it quickly and easily – see the video above for our walkthrough:
- You’ll need to have bought an Agency and register as a CEO or VIP to start the mission
- You can start the mission by either calling Franklin or from the laptop in your Agency
- It’s a good tip to fly there in a helicopter as you’ll avoid the risk of detection at that height and you have an instant getaway vehicle ready
- No.1: make sure you resist the temptation to take out the bike or biker on the way to the location or you’ll fail the mission instantly and have to call Franklin again to restart it
- When you enter the location select your favourite heavy weapon to take out the guards in quick time. A RPG is a good option as long as you don’t get caught in your own cross-fire (see video above for our fail!)
- You can also use this weapon to blow up the assets inside the location if they haven’t already been destroyed by your RPG or grenades
- Then walk towards the white circles with the locations shown on the map and then click to plant the satchel bombs
- You’ll then have 30 seconds to escape, so make sure you’ve checked where the exit is to avoid getting caught in the blast
- When you’re outside you pickup a three star wanted level, but if you’ve parked your helicopter outside, then you only need to jump in and fly away to lose the stars. Or if you’re on the ground, then as ever in GTA Online head underground into a train or tram tunnel or take to the hills and the cops won’t follow for long…
