The South Central Leak is the final of the three missions to recover the third copy of Dr Dre’s phone. It’s a classic test of your shooting skill both on foot and behind the wheel, but there are ways to make it easier.

- Resist the temptation to find out what happens if you blow up Vernon and P’s cars at the David Mega Mall. You have to restart the mission. You can however mess with their cars and knock them into the train tunnel as long as you don’t destroy them!
- In the Vagos shootout you can easily them out with the rocket launcher as long as you don’t blow up the yellow lowrider which you need to complete the mission. One Vagos fighter will hide behind the car and in the second wave they’ll spawn from behind the car just to make it harder
- If you’re struggling, then you can move from the initial spot and retreat to a distance and use the sniper rifle where you can be out of range of the Vagos
- When its time to chase the yellow lowrider you’re aiming for a headshot to take out the leader, but if you’re not quick or accurate enough then there’s still time when he pulls into a courtyard. The easiest way to complete this is to stay in your car, preferably armour-plated, and use your weapon from inside the vehicle
- When you’re driving back to the Agency in the lowrider you can avoid those chasing by going off-road just as you would with the cops, but it’s not really necessary as the lowrider is relatively quick and unlike other missions you don’t have endless waves of cars and helicopters chasing you
That’s it, you’re now ready to attempt the final mission at the airport and get the original phone back for Dr Dre…
