If you own a Business in GTA Online, then getting raided is annoying and potentially costly, but it can be a thing of the past thanks to the Mansions DLC update.
Watch the video above to see the tips in action.
If you get the call that your Business is being raided and you don’t intervene to stop it and this includes changing session, then you will lose all your cargo and have to do the setup mission all over again.
There are three ways to avoid getting raided, with the third one preventing it entirely if you have the cash:
- Basic level: your business will only be raided if you’re keeping more than around 30% stock (varies by business), are in freemode for an extended period or if you are registered as a CEO/VIP for your Office-based businesses or as an MC President for your Motorcycle Club businesses. However, if you are not registered as a CEO/VIP or MC President then you can’t get raided, but the issue is that you have to become one to supply your business at which point you can get raided
- Intermediate level: you can buy Security for each of your businesses which will halve the likelihood that you will be raided
- Elite level: with the Mansions update you can buy Security at one of the three Mansions. If you buy it for one Mansion then it will be applied for free to any of the additional two Mansions available to buy. If you have this Mansion Security, plus Security for your individual business(es), then you cannot get raided at all, no matter if you have full cargo and are an MC.
Yes, it’s very expensive to purchase not only the original Security, but also the Mansion and its Security, but as an endgame property it makes things much easier and less painful and allows you to max out your cargo and properties particularly ahead of double money weeks.
