There is a series of three setup missions to do ahead of the new December Mansions DLC in GTA Online and they are definitely worth doing both to enjoy some new content and for the massive bonus you’ll get.

You will need to own the Car Wash from the Maze Bank Foreclosures website as this DLC involves Raf and Mr Faber.

Given you have the Car Wash, you will see a yellow icon on your map for Prix Luxury. You will also receive a call from Raf letting you know you can get involved in Mr Faber’s latest scheme.

Enter the yellow marker by the icon and you’ll start one of three small missions. They are worth double money in the first week, but there’s a much bigger financial incentive for doing these.

Complete them by December 7th and you’ll get a $1m bonus. Complete them any time and you’ll get $2m off a future Mansion when these are released in the December Mansions DLC. Yes, this indicates that the Mansions are going to be VERY expensive so it’s definitely worth getting your $2m discount as that’s a lot of work to earn that in the game.

After you’ve completed the first setup mission the Prix Luxury icon will move across the map and again for the third mission. Even though it makes no sense from a narrative perspective you can head straight back to do all three setup missions again or indeed as many times as you like with no cooldown period.
