In the Liquidize Assets Security Assets one of the variants requires you to follow the Lost MC Biker. However, there’s a frequent bug whereby the AI Biker manages to get himself stuck by driving repeatedly into the building opposite the warehouse marker. This means the warehouse part of the mission does not start leaving you as stuck as the biker.

When the biker is that near the yellow marker you won’t trigger the detection fail and indeed you can even steal his bike! Whatever you do don’t kill the biker as you won’t be able to start the warehouse part of the mission.
Instead if you steal his bike then he will chase after you and steal it back, meaning you can guide him to the warehouse market to start the mission and then let him get back on his bike and drive to the correct location. It’s a weird fix to a weird bug but it works.
You can then take out your frustration by destroying everyone and everything inside the warehouse to complete the mission and earn your reward.
