Omar Garcia Most Wanted is one of the new Bottom Dollar Bounty missions launched from the Bail Office and is one of the better ones missions in terms of action.

While it reuses some familiar gameplay from Cayo Perico and the Doomsday Heists, not all players will know how to hack the servers and use the fingerprint cloner, so this will explain how they and the other gameplay elements work.
The first step is to enter the Lifeinvader Offices.
You can either proceed by stealth by watching the guard and camera view areas carefully and using a suppressed weapon to advance slowly or you can go in all guns blazing and work your way through the sets of guards. There are two rooms you can enter, one down the corridor past the first set of stairs which is unlikely to have the servers in and the second on the next floor up which usually contains the servers.
To enter the room you’ll need to use the fingerprint cloner to gain entry.
The easy way to do this is to line up the top of the fingerprint on the top layer. Then line up the same top of the fingerprint on layer two and tap one to the right and then again line up the top of the fingerprint on layer three and this time tap two to the right and so on. Make sure you start from the top as it’s usually only the top few layers that you need to resolve.
Once you’ve entered the room you need to connect all four nodes by dragging the wires from the ones on the left to the ones on the right. You’ll usually get one clue, so watch for the green flash to tell you which one to drag to which node on the right.
When you’ve connected four with your best guess it will keep the ones you have correct and remove the ones that are wrong. If you’re lucky you’ll get two right first go and then can just try both other combinations. Either way you get four guesses and can just restart if you fail it.
Once you’ve hacked both servers you will then head off to the LS Car Meet. You need to either find a uniform or to disable one of the trucks. Either way walk up to a truck and look for a set of boxes next to it or walk up to the bonnet and click on the button to disable it. Either of these will gain you entry to the Test Track.
When you’re inside the Test Track you can collect the $5k bonus by finding the car with an open trunk to collect the EMP although it’s hardly worth the money finding it. Just jump inside any vehicle and then have some fun ramming Omar Garcia’s car. Cause enough damage and a cut scene will trigger where you chase him down the street.
Either keep ramming his vehicle or better still use a weapon to damage his car keeping an eye on the damage meter bottom right and taking care not to take him out. When the car has been damaged enough he will jump out and you can disable him with the stun gun or a melee weapon.
Then it’s a race to the Bail Office evading your pursuers to claim your reward!
