The new Criminal Enterprises DLC increased the time before you can redo the Cayo Perico Heist, so it’s worth maximising your take when you can visit.
You’ll also need a full loot bag to earn the Elite bonus, along with no quick restarts or failed fingerprint hacks and a finish time under 15 minutes.
There are 5 different kinds of secondary loot that you can collect while on the island – or technically 6 if you include the cash in the safe which has no impact on the amount you can carry.
The exact value of each of the items varies slightly on your visit, but the relative values (albeit with some variation on the paintings) and amount of space they take up in your loot bag are consistent as is the 10% fencing fee:
Gold – most valuable item, 66.7% of bag space, average value per stash $330,888
To access the Gold you need to complete the heist with at least two players as it’s held in the compound within rooms that require two people to open the doors. So, if you not doing the heist solo, then just go for the gold and fill up your bag inside the compound in which case the Kosatka is the best approach vehicle.
Coke – 2nd most valuable, 50% of bag space, average value per stash $222,750
Coke is the most valuable item for solo players as well as being the most valuable outside of the compound. Your bag will be full with two stashes.
Paintings – 3rd most valuable, 50% of bag space, average value per painting $187,950
The paintings are only ever located inside the compound and you spot them in the standard way using the security cameras. There is sometimes one inside El Rubio’s office, and very occasionally two, which you can collect solo, plus others spawn in the two person entry vaults. Bear in mind that if your bag is more than 50% full, the painting won’t fit, unlike other items which will just use the available space, so if you do plan on taking a painting be careful how much is in your bag before you try to add it.
Weed – 4th most valuable, 37.5% of bag space , average value per stash $147,623
Weed takes up a seemingly odd figure of 37.5% of space. The reason for this is that it lets you take two stashes, 75%, plus one of cash, 25%, both of which you will often find in the easiest area to collect them – the airstrip.
Cash – 5th most valuable, 25% of bag space, average value per stash $83,950
Like weed, cash often spawns at the airstrip making it relatively safe to collect. It can be a good tactic if you have spotted a painting in El Rubio’s office to fill up your bag with two stashes of cash or even better one of Coke if they all spawn at the airstrip.
