Rockstar have introduced a new set of daily drops into GTA Online – Gerald’s G’s Caches, but where can you find them?
The video above walks you through the options and locations.
There are a few key points to note:
- The Cache spawns at one of 15 random locations and can be collected once a day. It is marked with a purple icon on your map.
- When you are near the G’s Cache icon a white circle will appear within which is your cache of the day
- It is a square container with two coloured stripes and the container is found in one of 5 possible locations at the random location of the day.
- This means there are 75 possible locations for the cache! You can see screenshots of each of them on this link, but once you’ve found a few you will get an idea of the types of spot they are hidden in rather than having to search for all possible locations every time
- Both the random location and individual spot is specific to you, so other players can’t raid them or share the location with you
- When you get near to the location you will hair a faint bleeping sound that gets nearer the near you are and if you are using a controller then it will vibrate
- Walk up to the container and you will get snacks, cash, ammo and RP in variable quantities
- Sometimes the police will be watching your cache and you’ll pick up two wanted stars. Other times you can walk away with no stars at all.
