El Rubio parks his elegant Enus Stafford outside the compound inner walls on Cayo Perico island and with the right steps you can drive it around the island in style.
To do so you’ll need to follow these steps as seen in the video above:
- In the Scope Out mission travel to the top of the Communications Tower (the radio tower where you hack into the security cameras)
- You have one parachute only, so if you fail you’ll have to go back to Los Santos and re-trigger the Scope Out mission
- Face El Rubio’s compound from the very top of the tower and deploy your parachute immediately, timing it so the guard in the search tower just to the right isn’t looking in your direction
- Land on the road just outside the inner compound gates
- If the car is not there, go back to the outside wall of the compound and wait a minute or two for it to spawn
- Enter the car on the right hand side as the grass to the left will trigger the search helicopter
- Go backwards and onto the road that circles the compound
- Keep away from the search helicopter by keeping to the right when you approach it
- When you loop around and reach the inner compound walls, you will be sent back to the airport strip, but this time you’ll spawn there in El Rubio’s car!
- Unfortunately, the guards still detect you even if you’re driving his car
