The Los Santos Slasher is a fun side mission where you have to solve a set of clues to lead you to the location of a Serial Killer.
There are five clues to find in total. Four will be in fixed locations and the fifth, the bloodied van, will be in one of five possible locations. As you approach the clue you will hear creepy music. Clues each earn you $5k and 2k RP.

Once you have found all five clues you will receive a text message from the Los Santos Slasher, although who knows how he got your number?
I’m sick of you sticking your nose in where it doesn’t belong! Now I’m not going to lie… what happens next… won’t be nice for you.
Head to Blaine County between 7pm and 5am (location of Trevor’s trailers out of the big lake in the north of the map) and wait for the Serial Killer to attack.
He will take you by surprise so prepare to act quickly to move away as he’s very strong and it takes a lot to kill him. It’s a good idea to have a vehicle just nearby as then you can simply run him over multiple times to complete the mission. This will earn you another $100k.
Note that you can only do this mission once, so if you want to have some fun getting him to chase you over buildings and running after your car, then you should take your time. If you don’t kill him or are killed by him then he will keep spawning every time you are in Blaine County between 7pm and 5am.
Once you’ve killed him you will unlock the Navy Revolver. If you get 50 kills with this weapon then you will earn a cool $200k and also unlock the equivalent weapon in Red Dead Online Lowry’s Revolver, if you play that game as well.
