The new Chop Shop DLC introduces the Salvage Yard business and the ability to steal three high end cars from your Planning Computer.
However, once you’ve completed the setups and mission and sold the cars you can’t then play that mission again.
This means that if you have sold all three cars, then you’re stuck and can’t play that part of the new DLC after just a few hours.
This is strange, as nearly every other story-style content within GTA Online is repayable after a cooldown period of a few real-world hours.

The answer to this is found in Rockstar’s newswire which says:
Jamal’s operation involves robberies and a weekly rotation of target vehicles that Yusuf is fixing his sights on for his collection
So this means that you won’t be able to steal any more cars from the Planning Computer until they are reset in the next Game Week. Presumably Rockstar will be rotating a set of car missions over time and at this stage we don’t know how many there will be.
Given the time and effort Rockstar took to create these missions and the appetite from the audience to play new content again, it’s a bizarre decision to limit the content to once a week only.
It’s not as if the in-game narrative isn’t already compromised, for example Dr Dre will repeatedly lose his phone so you can replay The Contract and you can head back to rob Cayo Perico multiple times after the cooldown period.
With the associated Tow Truck business equally restricted given you can’t collect any more cars once you have two cars being disassembled in your Salvage Yard, it means that you can run out of tow truck missions and Planning Computer missions after a matter of hours, meaning a week feels a long time when enthusiasm is at its height after the introduction of a new DLC.
