Hot on the heels that the next Grand Theft Auto is due in spring 2013, comes the perfect news to help with the wait…
The classic Grand Theft Auto Vice City is now available on iOS (iPhone, iPod touch, iPad) and very shortly on Android to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of its original release.
For those who missed the original, it’s a fitting Grand Theft Auto tribute to the 80s set in Miami – cheesy, colourful and seedy.
With a 10 year gap since the original, it’s been upgraded to optimise for touch devices (even if the purists still believe GTA should be played with a game console controller). The graphics, textures and cameras are among the improvements, but thankfully they haven’t changed the combination of casual mayhem and challenging missions that make it such a compelling series of games.
Needless to say, we’ll be working on producing a new set of our how to guides over the coming weeks, so keep coming back as you progress through the game.
