Give me Liberty is the simplest of introductory missions to Grand Theft Auto 3, with only your poor driving skills likely to catch you out.
Just drive the car to the hideout and stop in the blue marker without killing you or 8-ball. To complete it you just need get the hang of using the radar, drive reasonably carefully and don’t flip the car as 8-Ball won’t get out if you do and will down in a (8)ball of flames. This hideout is where you save the game, an important way of saving your progress and restoring the game if it crashes.
You can also get stuck if you get out of your vehicle right next to a wall with the frustrating situation whereby you can’t get back in the vehicle and can’t move in any direction. As long as you’ve saved your progress you won’t have lost any money or completed missions.
